*Raffle Terms: This is a raffle. By purchasing a raffle ticket, you are entering a game of chance. Raffle tickets may be purchased by any person 18 years of age or older. By purchasing a raffle ticket, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. Paid Phoenix Bikes staff are ineligible to purchase raffle tickets. All other individuals, including volunteers, board members, family members, friends, and Bikes & Bow Ties attendees, are eligible to enter. Winners will be selected by random drawing of ticket numbers. The winning ticket number will be drawn by 11:59 pm on March 19th, and winners will be notified by 10 am on March 20th. Winner age will be verified upon selection. If the selected winner is not of legal age, another winner will be drawn. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. Only amounts donated to Phoenix Bikes above the cost of the raffle ticket, if any, may be eligible for tax deduction. If a raffle prize exceeds $5,000 in fair market value, the winner may be subject to federal income tax withholding and the prize will be reported to the IRS on Form W-2G.
